COST ACCOUNTANT
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com with CMA (Qualified or Intermediate)
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in cost accounting, preferably in infrastructure, real estate, or industrial projects
- Skills: Costing, budgeting, variance analysis, cost control systems, MS Excel, Tally / SAP proficiency
JUNIOR/FRESHER CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
- Qualification: CA (Qualified or Semi-Qualified)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)
- Skills: Financial reporting, auditing, taxation, GST compliance, and budgeting
PROCUREMENT & CONTRACTS EXECUTIVE
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or MBA in Supply Chain Management
- Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in industrial procurement, contracts management, and vendor negotiations
- Skills: SAP / ERP, contract laws, vendor management
LEGAL EXECUTIVE
- Qualification: LLB / LLM or equivalent in Corporate / Industrial Law
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in legal affairs, contracts, and industrial compliance
- Skills: Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal due diligence, litigation management, lease and license agreement knowledge, arbitration and dispute resolution, familiarity with Land Acquisition Act, Land registration and industrial land allocation norms
LAND ACQUISITION OFFICER
- Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Real Estate, Law, or Land Management
- Experience: Minimum 5 years expertise in land procurement, documentation, and government liaison
- Skills: Title verification, negotiation with landowners, liaison with revenue and local authorities, understanding of land records, conversion procedures, registry documentation, knowledge of land acquisition policies and compensation mechanisms
REGULATORY & COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE
- Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience: LLB, MBA in Business Administration, or Graduate in Law / Regulatory Affairs
- Skills: Legal compliance, regulatory documentation, strong government liaison skills, familiarity with environmental and zoning regulations, contract vetting, understanding of MIDC / NMRDA / EIA norms, ability to work with municipal and industrial development authorities
